The on-site studio provides clean and crisp professional quality audio. The recording booth is isolated and acoustically treated making it quiet and free from distracting background noise and room echo. In the control room you’ll find a broadcast quality audio chain featuring a Great River mic pre, Urei LA-4 compressor (for mild compression) along with gear by Dramwer, Aphex, and Speck. For the digital recording interface, the chain feeds a DigiDesign 002 Rack powered with Protools 7.1. For mastering, we use software tools from Waves, Bomb Factory, SoundSoap, and Izotope. Sony Sound Forge and Adobe Audition are also available. As for microphones, there's the Neumann TLM103 and a Mojave Audio MA-200 tube mic.
